马来西亚气功智能学院是郑娇博士教授创办的。
郑娇博士教授於1992年开始从事气功医疗，创立气功医疗康复班，组场调气，练功自愈。
於2004年在马来西亚创办智能气功学院，开展气功科学的研究;传授医学气功的理论，功法;开设医学气功辅导级，医学气功教练级，医学气功医士级专业技能课程，培训气功人才，经考试成绩合格者，学院颁发证书，并加入”马来西亚气功智能科学研究总会”在社区用
气功专业技能服务大众。
进入新世纪，信息时代。
於2019年，提升为马来西亚气功智能国际学院。与世界接轨，与国际大学联合办学，进行线上，线下教学，造就医学气功科学专业人才，服务人群，造福社会。
本学院拥有师资力量雄厚，提供教学环境优良，教学设施完善，施教认真，教学方式丰富多样，理论与实践相结合。注重培养品德高尚，愿意从事于医学气功科学事业，掌握医学气功科学技术人才，促进人类文化向更高级阶段越迁为宗旨。

Malaysia Qigong Zhineng International Academy
Introduction
Malaysian Qigong Zhineng Academy was founded by Professor Dr Tee Chew.
Professor Dr Tee Chew embarked on her career in medical qigong treatment in 1992. She set up medical qigong rehabilitation classes, conducted Qi field formation therapy and taught qigong practices for self-healing.
In 2004, Malaysian Qigong Zhineng Academy was established in Malaysia to carry out research on Qigong science and to teach the theory and practice of medical qigong. The Academy also offers medical qigong counselling and conducts qigong instructor course and various professional qigong courses with the objective of training skilled qigong personnel. Participants are required to pass the required examinations and will be issued certificates by the Academy. They would then join the Malaysian Qigong Zhineng Scientific Research Association where they could use their skills for the benefits of humanity
In 2019, as we enter the new century, the information age, the Academy was upgraded to become Malaysia Qigong Zhineng International Academy. It began collaboration with various international universities, and started conducting online and offline teachings to produce trained medical qigong science professionals with the ideals of serving the public and benefiting societies.
The Academy has a strong faculty and excellent teaching environment with complete teaching facilities. The teaching methods are also diverse with a rich combination of theories and practice.
Our ultimate objective is to produce skilful medical qigong professionals of high moral values, who are willing to serve humanity with the intention of bringing our new human culture to a greater height.

1.Medical Qigong Professional Guidance Level (Certificate).
2. Medical Qigong Professional Instructor Level (Certificate).
3. Medical Qigong Professional Diploma (University level)
4. Medical Qigong Bachelor – Degree (University level ).
5. Medical Qigong Master- Degree (University level)
5. Medical Qigong PhD (University level)).
The college has a standardized management system.
